Rich is a Director of The DPW Group, with a formal background in Architecture and Project Management. His vision of BIM is founded on the premise that the data produced on construction projects can lead to outstanding outcomes if managed effectively. He has worked on a wide range of projects including data centres, stadia, commercial offices, residential, and public buildings.

Rich views his career as a constant learning experience. Over the past 14 years, he has become a registered architect (MRIAI/RIBA) and expanded his knowledge base to include MSc. Project Management, LEED and Lean Six Sigma qualifications. As a result of his broad expertise and experience, Rich is able to see the value of project information from a number of perspectives.

Rich has presented at international BIM conferences including BIM Show Live and RTC Europe. He sees growth in the awareness of BIM as a key driver for improving the construction sector and in this capacity he volunteers his time as a member of the Eastern BIM Region Ireland, the RIAI Practice Subcommittee for BIM, and represents the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) at European level in the development of BIM standards. In addition to leading The DPW Group’s Implementation and Information Management services, Rich manages our business operations and spearheads our software application development sister company F12 Solutions.

Oscar’s primary focus at The DPW Group is the planning and delivery of information models. He brings his experience as an architectural and construction science technologist to develop virtual construction models that incorporate real building system components and constructability constraints. Oscar combines virtual construction modelling with on-site data collection to deliver asset information models that meet client facility data requirements.

Originally hailing from Spain, Oscar brings an international perspective toward BIM delivery that enhances our ability to provide our clients with comprehensive BIM solutions. He has worked on hospitality, data centre, commercial office, and residential projects over his career. Oscar plays a pivotal role in establishing model environments that facilitate our project planning/simulation and project controls services.

Fernando is the resident application developer at The DPW Group. His focus is split between producing analytical tools to support our information management activities and commercial data management applications for our sister company F12 Solutions. In addition to his formal computer science degree, Fernando has a wealth of experience with a number of programming languages and Business Intelligence tools.

Since joining The DPW Group, Fernando has developed a comprehensive knowledge in the IFC file format and data schema. His experience with IFC serves as a foundation for our information management workflows and BIM analytics tools. As a result of Fernando’s efforts, we can provide BIM data in actionable and digestible formats to improve project management activities.
